I have quite a bit of work to do on this.
Christmas is approaching quickly... much faster than I remember. Another year has come and gone and what have I to show for it? Nothing but a heap of regret on top of other things. Will I ever learn to trust my instinct? No, I'm much too clever for that. At least that's what I tell myself time and time again...
I stare at the Christmas tree.. the colored lights pulsating every few seconds. Even they cannot be counted on to stay... they come and go, yet no one minds their inconsistancy. In fact, it is considered beautiful. Imagine that.
